The reception desk opens from 9:30 to 22:00. In addition, the hotel also answers the phone from 9:30 to 22:00. Please note that we are not available at any other time.

Please check in between 15:00 to 21:00.Contactless check-in after 21:00.
Check-out time is until 11:00.

Please note that we do not normally accept reservations by phone or email. Please make your reservations through [reserve] on our website for the best rates.

Please note that if you wish to cancel your reservation, you will find a link to cancel in the body of the reservation confirmation e-mail.
In accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy, 100% of the room charge will be charged for cancellations made one day prior to the scheduled stay. 100% of the room charge will also be charged for no-show/no-arrival without notice.

I'm sorry. There is no parking lot or affiliated parking lot at our hotel.
There are many coin parking lots around Higashi Okuda Park, which is about 50 meters south of the hotel.
Prices vary, but the cheapest ones are 1100 yen and 1200 yen for 24 hours.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel. However, there are two smoking areas outside, so please use them if you wish to smoke.

Breakfast is served at the adjacent cafe, Soundwave COFFEE ROASTERS café. Business hours are 10:00 to 18:00.
Soundwave COFFEE ROASTERS is a café and bar serving light snacks and craft beers.

A washing machine and bathroom dryer are available in each room. Each room also has a kitchen & stove, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, microwave, etc.

Availability of amenities
Amenities include toothbrush and slippers.

Room facilities and equipment include bath towels, face towels, bath mats, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, electric kettle, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, microwave oven, and refrigerator.

Luggage storage before and after check-in is available free of charge.
Before check-in: from 10:00 on the day/After check-in: until 14:00 on the day.

Rental items are coffee-related equipment, etc.

Minors are not required to present a parent or guardian's written consent to stay at the hotel; however, we ask that parents or guardians be informed of the hotel's address, contact information, and the date of their stay prior to the minor's stay.

Please complete the issuance procedure yourself through the reservation website. Please note that we are not able to issue a duplicate issue at the hotel.

As a general rule, we ask guests to pay in advance at the time of reservation. Please note that electronic money and QR code payment are not accepted.
